He’s won over 80 medals throughout his career, with his latest accomplishment being winning 1st place in his division at the IBJJF New Haven International Open 2022. With this experience comes extensive knowledge in training and managing large group classes while closely paying attention to each student’s needs and goals.

No experience is needed to start training Jiu Jitsu with us. We will slowly introduce you to Jiu Jitsu in a way that you will understand what the sport is about.

When you come to have your very 1st Jiu Jitsu intro class with us you will need to wear comfortable training clothes like shorts and a shirt so you can feel comfortable during class.

the recommendation we give to all beginners is to start training Jiu Jitsu 3 times per week.

Depending on the attendance in class typically an adult starts as a white belt will take between 1.5 to 2 years to change to a blue belt

Yes you can try it for 30 Days before signing any commitment.

We have 3 age groups in our classes
